For Comarch, 2024 was a year of dynamic growth and transformation. It was also a year that solidified its position as one of the major players in the IT industry. In the latest edition of the prestigious ITwiz BEST 100 report, the company ranked once again among the leaders in many key categories.

On July 2, 2025, a unique industry event took place at the prestigious W Bangkok – The House on Sathorn hotel: Comarch Loyalty Dinner 2025. The meeting brought together market leaders, loyalty experts, and key decision-makers, who jointly examined the latest trends in customer loyalty management and the role of artificial intelligence in building relationships with consumers.

The latest issue of Telecom Review Europe features an interview with Jarosław Mikos, President of the Management Board at Comarch. The publication presents an overview of the company's strategic development directions and presents Comarch's approach to current technological and business challenges.

On June 11, Comarch participated in the 1st International Expansion Forum – an event organized by the Council of Polish Global Entrepreneurs, which brought together leaders in Polish exports, innovation, and foreign expansion.

On May 19–20, Kraków once again became the meeting point for leaders in business, technology, and innovation. Comarch User Group 2025 brought together 700 participants from 48 countries and six continents, making this year’s edition the largest in the event’s history.

On 14 and 15 May, the economic and technological heart of Central and Eastern Europe beat in Poznań. At the 10th edition of the Impact congress, 650 panellists discussed key digital and financial trends, as well as the current geopolitical situation and Europe's position in a changing world. The highlight of this year's Impact was a speech by former US President Barack Obama. Representatives of Polish business, including IT industry leader Comarch, were also present among the congress guests.

From April 23 to 25, 2025, Comarch will once again participate in the European Economic Congress (EEC) – one of the most prominent economic events in Central and Eastern Europe. This year’s edition, traditionally bringing together leaders from the worlds of business, politics, academia, and media, will focus on the themes of security and the competitiveness of the European economy

As of the 26th of March, 2025, Comarch S.A. loses its status as a public company, in accordance with the decision of the Financial Supervision Commission dated on the 7th of March, 2025.
